My experience was outstanding. The team at Pittsburgh Orthopaedic Surgical Suites was outstanding from the time I arrived to the time I left post surgery. The Financial Manager, Ashley W. was tremendous in reviewing and articulating the claims process removing any concerns and allowing me to focus on recovery. The nursing team was kind, compassionate, and very experienced making a stressful situation calm. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing an orthopaedic surgery and if I had to do this again, this would be the center I’d choose.

Three weeks ago I had my hip replaced at this surgery center’s incredible team. The medical care was outstanding, but what I’ll remember most is how every person treated me.

From the moment I walked through the front door until I went home, I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone was skilled, professional, and remarkably kind. Surgery is naturally stressful, yet the warmth and compassion of the entire staff made me feel calm, safe, and supported every step of the way.

What impressed me most was that the kindness never felt scripted or performed. It simply seemed to be the way people treat one another there. While I was waiting, I noticed every other person and family receiving the same warmth and attention. It wasn’t something reserved for me—it was simply who they are.

I came alone that day, without family by my side, but I never felt alone. Every interaction reminded me that I mattered.

I expected excellent medical care, and I certainly received it. What I didn’t expect was to leave feeling so grateful for the compassion and humanity I experienced. My new hip has already changed my life, but I’ll never forget the people who made one of the most stressful days of my life feel so reassuring.
